有網路資源上找都好多能量治療。但以中文的內容來說, 除了一些例外，大多是抄埋一碟的。意思是綱頁主人或治療師, 住住都身兼數個身份及數個能量系統方法。聲稱學了很多很多的。滿有證書,或在某某中心畢業。二則多夾雜了非能量系的方法。
個人認為系統的正統,或方法不應抄埋一碟。能量治療的培訓上應當重視這點！
一兩天的能量治療的培訓，頂多是足夠個人靈修及應用。

You may want to take a few minutes in the morning to visualize or just to invite the harmonization of the selves. This will have a positive effect on your well being. Spend one to three minutes intending that each of your selves be harmonized with the other parts. Harmonize low self to middle self, middle self to high self ,high self to low self. You may feel energy movement internally as you do this. Jst let it happen. This does work even without the attunements some schools use. When you become aware of the harmonies within and conflicts among your three selves you will know where your internal conflicts are. This will give you insight into the ways you interfere with your own dreams goals and highest good.

最近幫人位一仕作了一個簡單的治療，問題是第一輪及第二輪的損傷。 我發覺怎樣給予正面的能量（作了約３０分鐘）,也無法補充。最後用了一個自創的方法。我暫稱它為「織網法」。 方法是在受傷的輪位／或位置。用意念將能量似織網般將其受損位置恢復到健康狀態。我當時在能量層面看見有五鐘顏色的「線」（黑、紅、藍、白、綠）在織網。 這方法我還沒俱體寫下來當教學用。但較果真是好好。
潛意識的興起

近來香港興起了潛意識的討論及課程。其中最多人探討就是ＮＬＰ。當潛意識課題越來越普遍，對潛意識的認識就越偏離。在高級能量治療中，也有和潛意識溝通的一環。通常我們的做法會為患者找出根源。通常都和畏懼、怠惰、自私等有關。我們的做法是教識人們學會什麼它們的根源。 而一些我稱為旁門左道的，會以一種抑壓的方法或轉移的方法去處理,的確這方法在最短的時間內會一定的改變，也是最不花氣力。可以這樣不長遠而且有害。從根源來看，他們往往徒避的就正是他們人生中要需要學習和經歴的。

Recently heard many healer get sick. Some of them provide some free service of healing in distance. I am think about are they handle a free of charge service not properly. In here no proper not enough energy exchange. Energy exchange can in form of money or barter. Just do something and get something back.
Just of healing think energy healing is a free gift from God. And should be help people without any exchange. It’s wrong. Problem or sick is a lesson to human kind. They should try to pay for the lesson. Use method of healing is a road to get the hints. When you are break this rule, that’s means you to go against the divine plan. You will get punishment.
Be remind Healing themself is the first one need the energy. take care to yourself and follow the God’s rule.

今天終於請了一天假，在家執屋，這是自2003來一次大型的收拾。這次我棄掉了一些相片、筆記及文件，大多數是中學保留到現在的。 那些都是一些回憶或包袱，包括美好的事及未完成的事。
這我開始走靈修路，已決的了放棄一切無關的走人生的事，大多數的事都應來一個完結。開悟的一面含有理解完結和過渡。這次不單是在型式上的一個棄掉，也是在靈性上與他們斷續來住，或稱為能量上的切斷。
2006 盼望舊去新來，改善自我。盡我所能為祂服務！
破掉的法器或風水物

近期有人問起破掉的法器或風水物應否繼續使用，在我的立場來說，一係開始時就全不用。法器或風水物被破意味以失去功用。應立刻棄掉，可使它們回到大自然。
其實一般經開光的法器或風水物很少會被破，一定要屋內環境奇差或陰氣太盛導至法器或風水物跟本連保護自己的能力都沒有。所以還是速速搬屋方為上策。
