近來香港興起了潛意識的討論及課程。其中最多人探討就是ＮＬＰ。當潛意識課題越來越普遍，對潛意識的認識就越偏離。在高級能量治療中，也有和潛意識溝通的一環。通常我們的做法會為患者找出根源。通常都和畏懼、怠惰、自私等有關。我們的做法是教識人們學會什麼它們的根源。 而一些我稱為旁門左道的，會以一種抑壓的方法或轉移的方法去處理,的確這方法在最短的時間內會一定的改變，也是最不花氣力。可以這樣不長遠而且有害。從根源來看，他們往往徒避的就正是他們人生中要需要學習和經歴的。
