The Original Affirmations

Dr. Usui’s affirmations are intended to be a meditation, which should be done daily in the morning and in the evening, and combined with hand positions and breathing techniques to greatly enhance the ability of the Reiki Practitioner or Master. His original affirmations are:

In the morning and at night, with hands held in prayer,think this in your mind, chant this with your mouth.The Usui Reiki method to change your mind and body for the better.

突然間很想離開工作了一段了很長時間的資訊科技的公司。覺得工作的方式和工作的項目很悶，是時候改變一下了。我現在是以part time型來經營healing 的業務。或許很快，我會轉為全職。

雖然全職為healing 努力收入不會太穩定，但時間較為容易掌握。

金錢與理想，我還是較喜愛理想。獨個兒來發一場夢。
